You have a service which doesn't seem to come from ubuntu and that is causing problems:
insserv: Starting proserver depends on plymouth and therefore on system facility `$all' which can not be true!
Can you identify where this "proserver" comes from, and do you really need it? Or perhaps contact its author and ask for a fix. It seems to be missing LSB headers in its startup script (/etc/init. d/proserver I suspect), or they are incorrect.
