Bug Description
Detailed bug description:
The corosync and corosync-notifyd services are not stopped when Ubuntu goes to shutdown or reboot.
This may cause a core dump to be generated.
Steps to reproduce:
Reboot a controller.
Expected results:
Normal reboot.
Actual result:
A core dump may be generated under
/var/log/
Reproducibility:
4 out of 5 times on the customer env.
Impact:
Customer SLA is not matched. Expected 0 dumps.

- Operation system: Ubuntu
- Versions of components: MOS 9.0 with customer plugins
Additional information:
The upstart service definition does not contain a "stop on" directive.
