Bug Description
When installing a new theme under Gnome theme manager a strange duplicate theme appears on the "controls" tab. This happens most of the times but not always. I'll upload a screenshot of the theme manager.

It only appears to happen with certain themes, no way to know without actually trying them, the DarkIce theme in the original screen shot does cause this.
