Bug Description

In 17.4 there was an option to create VLAN interface and after upgrading to 17.10 it has disappeared and VLAN interfaces have been moved under Bluetooth connections. I've noticed that vlan-xxx.deb has been uninstalled as well and i had to reinstall it. Can we get GUI fixed to work properly?

In the screenshot attached I can manage VLAN interfaces but they have been there since 17.04.
