no, the package only builds the Python2 package. Isn't 18.10 supposed to switch to OpenStack Rocky and Python3? In that case, please could you also provide the Python3 package?

Python 3 packages have now been enabled as part of this package. Unit tests run against default py2/py3 versions.

This should be ready for re-review, since Doko probably did quite a bit of it in the past we want to avoid re-doing the same and assigned the review to him in the MIR team meeting.
