Bug Description
In order for Ambari to work properly on Rhel we need to install fuse package on the image.

Just to be clear: this is more of an optimization: if the fuse package is not preloaded on the image, it will be installed at runtime, slowing it down the process, and more important that requires a proper subscription on RHEL. Preloading the package speedups a bit the process outside RHEL and it simplifies the life on RHEL.
