web client: Batch apply call number missing from edit volume

Bug Description
When editing existing volumes or copies and volumes, the batch editor that allowed you to apply the same call number to all the call numbers at once is missing. The functionality is still available when initially adding the vols and copies but not in the volume editor. It is in the XUL client and should be returned in the web client.

I'm having trouble replicating this. My process is to go to the Holdings View, select a number of holdings, and hit "Edit Volumes." Is it possible this is issue is no longer present, or are others able to confirm the bug?
