Bug Description
The vault charm does not have embedded functional tests which allow developers to quickly and easily iterate on feature work, with confidence that the pre-existing functionality of the charm is intact. Absence of this also creates a barrier for the developer to add new tests to cover new features that they are contributing.
The prevailing approach is a tests/* directory containing bundle tests.
