Bug Description

In the terminal the command sudo apt-get update causes that it needs too long to get connection to ubuntu's security repos.

Consoledump in German:
0% [Verbindung mit security.ubuntu.com (2001:67c:1560:8001::14)] [Verbindung mit packages.elementary.io (2400:cb00:2048:1::681c:42c)] [Verbindung mit dl.google.com (2a00:1450:4001:817::200e)]

It needs too long time to get an OK.
