No end of track warning if Waveform Display not enabled on Tango Skin

Bug Description
Dell XPS 13, Ubuntu Xenial 16.04,
Mixxx 2.1.0-beta1 (build 2.1 r6486), French language, Tango Skin
If the Waveform Display is not enabled, the End of track warning is not shown.
Attached screen shoot is done with end of track warning set at 30s.

Can confirm with 2.2.0-alpha-pre (build master r6459)
If the scrolling waveforms are shown while end-of-track warning is triggered, it will show up in both the waveform and the overview.
If you then hide the scrolling waveforms it will stay in overview, even if you go back to the track's beginning.
