Web Client: Patron record missing parts on holds

When attempting to confirm that a patron's hold is on the proper monographic part, I was unable to find a way to see the requested part in the client currently. Parts are not an option in the Column Picker for list view of the web client and is a broken column in the staff client. And there's no blank/space/column picker for that information in the detailed view.

I'm appending screenshots showing where the information does appear in the patron's My Account, but neither the staff or web clients.

Client versions:
Web Client: 3.0.3
Staff Client: 2.11+

Works for me! Adds a column for the holdable part to the patron holds grid and appends the part information to the hold type field in the detail view.

Three commented out lines of code were removed.
