Bug Description

In the table, the check box in the first column can also be a batch box.
The check box is visible when there is at least one batch action in the table, not a bound action

    table: Show checkbox only when there is BatchAction

    Checkbox in a table assumes BatchAction.
     This commit checks whether at least one BatchAction is
     included as table actions and displays checkboxes
     only when BatchAction is available.
