Bug Description

By an intended updating of Ubuntu 15.10 the system responded with an unintended upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Short before ending it stopped and was not attendable. A failure was reported. At the following rebooting the system it reacted with a warning that it failed to install/upgrade. None the less it was possible for me to use the system.
I find it impossible to identify the package the bug is in. In so far it was a bug.
During the upgrading I could not activate the running report of the details.

Yours sincerely Ole Rohde Johansen
