Bug Description

I note that currently, bionic shows the same version of fail2ban as artful (0.9.7-2). Might it be possible to upgrade to version 0.10.0 or later, which adds the ability to handle IPv6 addresses?

Thanks for reporting.

I found a corresponding bug report in Debian, so I have attached a bug watch. Based on the latest comment, the Debian maintainer is looking into it. Once it lands in Debian it should be automatically synced to Ubuntu bionic.
