after changing the keyring/plain-file selection, all accounts are gone

Bug Description

After setting my accounts, I wanted to use plain file to save them. but after clicking the "plain file" radio button, all my accounts' details were gone and i had to insert them again.

I'm not sure if I have the same problem as the reporter, but here is a screenshot of what I am experiencing after changing the security option. This is version 0.5.
