color icon have no change

Bug Description

1. The color of calendar color icon have no change in "Calendar Settings" after change "Birthdays&Anniversaries" calendar color
a. Boot into desktop. Launch the "calendar", click "Manage your calendars"-->"Calendar Settings"-->"Birthdays&Anniversaries"-->"color",
b. change color and save. Return to the "Calendar Settings", find the color of "Birthdays&Anniversaries" color icon have no change. => So issue occurs.

2. Two identical color icon appear after Picked a new color under the "Custom" on Calendar
a. Launch the calendar from Ubuntu software, click "Manage your calendars"-->"Calendar Settings"-->"Birthdays&Anniversaries"-->"color"-->"+" to select one color successfully.
b. Return to the "Calendar Settings"
c. once again into "Birthdays&Anniversaries"-->"color".
d. find two identical color icon appear under "custom" item. => So issue occurs.

When reporting a bug it's useful to include some details on the system, at least including the Ubuntu serie and software version you are using
