Displays and Screen documentation refers to outdated Settings app from pre 17.10 (Unity). Features are no longer included in the new Settings pkg such as turning monitors on and off, etc.

Thanks for your report, but I'm confused. While you mention documentation, you refer to a package which determines Ubuntu default values for certain settings.

Can you please elaborate on which problem you want to call our attention to. If it's docs, please provide examples of outdated pages.
