[R5.0-86]- collector core seen during sanity

collector core is seen during sanity.
exact steps are not known, in this setup we had run sanity too and few other cases(alarm and others).

StopKafka only when we do service stop. But I do not see when contrail-collector is stopped.

Assert happen when shudown contrail-collector.

After asking Rdkafka developer, we may remove the call of wait_destroyed
Remove wait_destroyed's call.
