Bug Description
I updated to Ubuntu 16.04.3 from ubuntu 14 and now everytime I boot ubuntu on my computer I cannot run any programs without the display crashing. I have tried to reinstall ubuntu 3 times but it did not work. The crash details are attached to this report.
