Bug Description

In the section that says, “We Strive to,” you could possibly add Honest & Sincere, because sometimes people may not know the answer to questions so they should be kind and honest in situations like that. The addition of this will help to specify in more detail context and avoid confusion. And, you could possibly add be a Leader or Role Model, because leaders/role models show good traits and make confident and bold choices so that bullet point could some up the overall idea of the “We Strive to” section.

In the section titled, “Support for Delegation is Measured,” I personally feel it is a little confusing because of the wording. I feel that if the title was changed to something like, “Confirmation of Delegates Appointed” or “Support for Delegate Nominees,” it would help to avoid confusion.

In the section labeled, “Teamwork,” you could possibly add some information about the characteristics of an ideal team and not only speak of the leader. You could say something like, “A leader’s foremost goal is the success of the team” A team is made up of individuals with different skills and talents. To create the best result, a team has to work in unison and with utmost cooperation for the benefit of the whole…” or something along the lines so that the section explains more about teamwork and not only the leader’s actions. Also, under the section “Teamwork,” I believe the quote should be given credit and that there should be an addition to make the information relate to the title of the section.
