Bug Description
See screenshot, black squares appears after resume from suspend with nvidia 340 legacy driver.
I have noticed that black squares do not appear again after gala is reloaded with gala --replace even after next resume.

Workaround (reload gala at startup):
Add this to System Settings > Applications > Startup
nohup gala --raplace &
