Bug Description
Hi Team,
An error is raised when the resources names are more than 36 characters.
This situation arises when we are writing tempest test-cases for kingbird.
So it will be good to increase the size of resource column.

Enhancing Quota-show feature in kingbird.
Quota show feature will display the updated quota values.
This feature is enhanced by displaying the default quota
values as well as updated values as in.
The size of the resource column in database is increased
for better usage.
