No module named ironic_tempest_plugin.plugin

Promotions jobs on master are failing to run Tempest because they can't find the ironic tempest plugin:

We need to investigate why https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/11254/ didn't work as expected, at least when deploying the package in TripleO.

Ironic package containing change from https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/11254/ is not in consistent repo yet.There is no FTBFS still current is not in sync with consistent. Need to find why.

The reason looks to be because https://github.com/rdo-packages/ironic-tempest-plugin-distgit doesn't exist.

package build by taking distgit from review.rdoproject.org(https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/11265/) and now they are in consistent repo now. https://github.com/rdo-packages/ironic-tempest-plugin-distgit also created now.

rdo_dlrn=https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7/d1/8e/d18e17af8f228cfdcab95e78e08590f8e99dd6e2_28eeb6c7 is used contains older version of openstack-ironic-9.2.1-0.20180109141522.b5563b4.el7.centos.src.rpm and it should contains the above fixes https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/11265/ It will be gone in the new hash.
