Bug Description
This is not a bug, but I believe there is a typo under the Courage and Considerateness section. "Nevertheless, boldness demands considerateness; take bold decisions, but do so mindful of the challenges they present for others, and work to soften the impact of thos decisions on them." I think the writer may have meant "those" instead of "thos."
