Bug Description

I have just arrived to Singapore from Spain, and the automatic time zone setting in gnome shell is not having any effect.
I will keep it as is for 1 or 2 days before forcing it manually, but it'd be nice for an advertised feature to work

That solved the problem, but... shouldn't the automatic timezone option be grayed out or warn about it not working when Location Services is turned off?

That's still a bit confusing if the user doesn't know why it's not available but at least reflects if it's working or not
