Bug Description
I would like to be able substitute some value for a #. when reading data using the lisp reader. To do this, I'd like a restart for the reader-error that is signaled when *read-eval* is nil and the reader tries to read #.<form>. It could also be useful to have a specific subclass of reader-error for this situation, say READ-EVAL-ERROR, which would contain the form following the #. that would have been evaluated had *read-eval* been true.
