Bug Description
If I Start Mixxx 2.1 alpha in full screen mode, there is no menu bar on the top.
It appears when I go to windowed mode and back to full screen.
This happens on Ubuntu Trusty with Unity Desktop.

I notice also that after restart in fullscreen mode the first key press for F11 is ignored. Maybe this is related.
