Bug Description

Quickstart RFE: add an interface to tripleo hostname_map feature for custom hostnames.

When registering multiple environments to a single satellite server, issues can occur due the fact the overcloud nodes all have the same name. Satellite expects and requires unique hostnames across registered machines.

    add the code required for hostname_map names

    Based on information in the node configurations files
    Create a custom parameter file for tripleo's hostname_map
    feature.

    add custom hostname_map to node config

    In order to support custom hostname maps we
    should run with a custom name in CI.
