Can't start screen reader with Ctrl+S and Alt+Super+S

Bug Description
Latest Ubuntu MATE 18.04 daily build don't allow me to use these shortcuts to start screen reader from VM. The only combination that is reserved for VM (to release pointer) is Ctrl+Alt.
