is needed in /etc/httpd/conf.d/openstack-dashboard.conf

or dashboards times out Script timed out before returning headers: django.wsgi

    Update RHEL/CentOS horizon install instruction

    openstack-dashboard.conf in openstack-dashboard package
    for RHEL/CentOS does not contain WSGIApplicationGroup configuration
