show Skin description in Preferences > Interface

Bug Description
Now that we rework skins (and probably design new ones in the future) we recognize that they are and should be designed for different technical use cases, where not all or very specific Mixxx features are shown and emphasized. This information and possible customization options can be shown below the skin drop-down menu in Preferences > Interface.
After @be's rework of the Preferences window, skins are applied only after 'Apply' or 'Okay' is clicked, so this description can be safely viewed before the skin switch happens.
We could simply parse every skin's skin.xml for the description, like it's done for controller mappings.
