Bug Description

Reported by a user:

openstack overcloud node commands currently support node_uuid as input,
From user pov using nodes uuid it not friendly and can lead to human mistakes.

The "openstack overcloud node" command should support node name as input,
and make the commands more usable and readable.

command example:
openstack overcloud node delete NODE1_NAME
