Bug Description
The File and View tab subgroups are glitching out whenever i turn on full screen and the applet even crashes sometimes

That sounds like a problem with some GUI software, perhaps Seahorse? You should file a bug against whatever that is. This project is only for bugs related to the actual Code of Conduct document itself.
