Bug Description
when i opened the document, every time, only like around !/5th page loads and shows up rest of the page remains blank and dosent even appear even on reloading .....though i have an excellent internet connection !!

We have had a ridiculous number of signatures of the CoC and none have reported this problem. That said, I think it's unlikely to be an actual bug with the website. Were there to be one, you would file it against the website project and not the actual document itself. Start trying different browsers, preferably without plugins ("safe mode") and I'm sure you'll discover the problem.
