Bug Description
At present, the sushy-emulator tool shipped along the sushy-tools package can only use libvirt-managed domains to emulate baremetal nodes.
This RFE is to teach sushy-emulator tool to work with OpenStack-managed instances as another mean of baremetal nodes emulation.
