Bug Description
The Ubuntu Code of Conduct does not mention the need for fairness from leadership. It could be improved by explicitly detailing how leaders should delegate work fairly, and should be receptive to complaints from all. Additionally, it should mention that leaders should not play favorites, and should be equally available and preferential to all.
