Web client: Copy editor default price box contains 0 - a nuisance to clear

With efficiency in mind, we would like the price box to contain no characters instead of the "0" that is pre-populated when editing a new copy or a copy that has a 0 dollar amount assigned.

Per Terran's question during Bug Squashing Week. If you create an item using the Angular Holdings Editor, clicking in the price box clears the $0.00 amount so that you can type a new price. If you tab into the box it does not disappear, but it also isn't editable, you actually have to CLICK in the box to be able to make a change.

If you create an item using the Traditional Catalog Holdings Editor, there is a 0 in the box which has to be deleted (1 back space) or highlighted and typed over, but I don't personally find it to be a nuisance. If you tab into the box in this editor, it does highlight the 0 so you can start typing a price immediately.

I'd say it is no longer an issue, unless folks don't like the fact that they can no longer tab into the boxes in the Angular holdings editor to make changes rather than clicking into them (or using a template), but that's a completely different bug.
