Shade toggles for effects and samplers are hard to find

Bug Description
I just build current master on github (last commit https:/
and found out that there is no longer an Menu Option under "View" to show/hide "Sampler" and "Effect Rack". In Skin "Latenight", "Tango" and "Deere" this is no longer needed, as they have now build in Buttons in the Skin. But Skin "Shade" doesn't have build in Buttons in the Skin, therefore those two Menu options are REQUIRED to how/hide "Sampler" and "Effect Rack".
So as user if you're using Skin "Shade" the only way to show/hide "Sampler" and "Effect Rack" is to change for those Settings to another skin and if they are made back..

Shade actually has this buttons, somehow hidden. The tiny text labels above the vu-meters.
They are not very usable though, so this bug is valid.
