Bug Description

Export->Plot currently only supports plotters connected via a serial connection.

I have my plotter attached to the parallel port (with a USB-to-parallel cable) and also saw this wish at https://www.timewasters-place.com/inkscape-and-plotters-the-3rd/comment-page-3/#comment-474652 , so it might be nice to support this.

Simply copying .plt files to /dev/usb/lp4 works for me, so technically it doesn't seem too hard.
