Bug Description
My PC on HP Compaq Pro 4300 with 4-core CPU and Ubuntu Linux kernel of 4.4.0-104-generic consumes both cpu and memory usages, like in case of https:/
The cpu usage of upowerd is at 25 percent. Should we uninstall this program?
