Two keyring login prompts "access prompt want to inhibit shortcuts"

I am asked to provide my keyring password twice and in-between both prompts which are of a different design, I am presented with a message that declares "Access Prompt want to inhibit shortcuts" with two options Allow or Deny. The issue has recently started on Ubuntu 17.10.

The issue had occurred a number of times since upgrading to 17.10 on both my Laptop and PC, so I thought it was prudent to report it; especially as it concerns the keyring. The issue appears to have resolved itself on my PC and laptop, unfortunately I can't explain why. I am happy to provide further information if that helped.
