Bug Description
It can not query alarm in mysql driver by resource id when we use "get_all" method of AlarmsController
by passing paramter query which includes resource id query.
It will raise error Unknown argument: "resource": unrecognized field in query: [<Query u'resource_id' eq xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >].

i'm sorry, what are you trying to achieve here? to get all alarms against a single resource?
