Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install `mupdf` package
2. Try to find `mupdf-gl` executable
Expected results:
* `mupdf-gl` executable is in place
Actual results:
* there is no `mupdf-gl` executable installed

I am using pdf viewers mainly to read documentation. For such use, a bookmarks panel makes all the difference. I had no trouble compiling mupdf from source. It included mupdf-gl, which now is my favorite pdf reader.
