Bug Description

On a Contrail 4.1 storage cluster, OSD stats are not displayed in UI
The stats daemon dosnot have the collectors

Rest of the Storage UI, which pulls data from ceph is ok. Only the data to analytics is not pushed.

Storage stats daemon fix

Partial-bug: #1739844
With the removal of discovery server in > 4.0, the
storage stats daemon need to use the collector
address in the config instead of the discovery server.
