Bug Description

I guess that the code of conduct actually should have mentioned about the illegal uses of Ubuntu and its attributes.Ubuntu OS can be used for making other type of applications like ransomwares. Things like this are actually not good for the normal people for day-to-day uses. Like NHS and banking softwares are depended on
different (Operating System)OS .These things should be illegal as some people are trying to make bad use of this and by hacking computers and filling them with viruses and making those computers useless.
