Bug Description
Creating this tracking bug to keep a record of when we see stack create or 'no available host' type errors on OVB jobs running on RDO Cloud.
Since the RDO Cloud upgrade to Ocata, we have noticed occasional failures to create the OVB stack or errors claiming:
"Message: No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available., Code:500"
Example logs:
We suspect possible load issues (not enough resources in RDO Cloud in general) or possibly some compute nodes being offline.
