Bug Description

Touchpad does not work most of the time. I think it randomly started working once, but on several other tries/reboots, it does not work.

The device in question:
cat /proc/bus/input/devices

Using the following workaround I can get it to work, but with limited functionality:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/922092/lifebook-e546-touchpad-on-ubuntu-16-04

sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse proto=imps

The problem with this fix is that two finger scrolling is no longer possible with the touchpad and the laptop has no other way to scroll.
