https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-quickstart/blob/master/ci-scripts/full-deploy.sh and https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-quickstart/blob/master/ci-scripts/full-deploy-ovb.sh were changed to use a default change:

This change is failing gate jobs: https://ci.centos.org/view/rdo/view/tripleo-gate/

We need to consider anoth change when building tht changes.
