Bug Description
While nted-doc enables the help menu in nted, no documentation is shown, apparently because
https:/
is inaccessible. This is for
Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
nted 1.10.18-10
nted-doc 1.10.18-10
I expected to see documentation.
I saw nothing.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.
I can confirm this issue, I get a blank window when attempting to open the documentation for nted on Ubuntu 16.04. Oddly enough it seems to work on 17.04 and later, but I am not sure why.
(It shouldn't be affected by the website being down. Most packages include and display the documentation locally)
