Bug Description
Configuration:
-----------------
- Ubuntu 7.10
- Gnome with the extra visual effects activated,
- Dell D630 laptop
- Nvidia graphics card
- Dual monitor configuration using the separated screen options
Problem
----------
The applications started in the secondary screen doesn't show the title bar and can't be resized.
Work around
----------------
Turning of the effects solves the problem.
